Conservation works to the former St Andrews Church, St Andrews Street, Dublin 02

Description

Conservation of the Church and school building stone façades on all external elevations to include dowelling repair works to mullions of existing louvres located at the belfry. Pointing of stone works and repair to stone masonry and removal of existing rainwater goods for replacement with new along with repair and or replacement of lead works as specified with the schedule of works and accompanying drawings. Further works possibly required relate to mechanical and electrical requirements that consist of the removal of existing ducting and air conditioning within the belfry and provision of temporary lighting. Additionally, works will be require for the provision of scaffolding to gain access to all working areas allowing also for loading platforms and necessary requirements to ensure health and safety.
