NTNU would like to upgrade the existing VNIR camera (Visible and Near InfraRed). This hyper-spectral system (VNIR-1800 HySpex) also includes other related accessories to operate the camera, such as a laboratory stand, rotation unit, light sources, computer and software. The upgrade includes upgrading to SWIR and an artificial scanner, with the accompanying equipment that can work with the existing camera with HySpex. Our market survey shows that only equipment from the same supplier can function optimally with the existing system. We are therefore publishing this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice.
