Privacy and AI Governance Platform

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: The BBC is undertaking this Request for Information (RFI) to understand the capabilities of the market for privacy and AI governance platforms. This RFI is intended to identify products that broadly meet the BBC's requirements, understand the maturity of available solutions, obtain indicative implementation and licensing costs, and inform any future procurement activity. This RFI is issued for information gathering purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to procure any solution. The BBC is seeking information on mature privacy and AI governance platforms that can support the operational delivery of privacy and responsible AI governance across BBC Group. The BBC undertakes a range of governance activities including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Transfer Risk Assessments (TRAs/TIAs), AI Risk Assessments, risk acceptance, Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), case management and governance reporting. These activities are currently supported through a combination of manual processes and existing tools. The BBC is exploring whether a modern governance platform could enhance the efficiency, consistency and maturity of these activities.
