The objective of the invitation to tender is to establish a framework agreement on passenger transport services to and from schools for students (henceforth referred to as users) with permissions for school transport. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to 12 tenderers (parallel framework agreements), provided that a sufficient number of tenderers is qualified. Through this tender notice the contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with up to: • Three (3) tenderers for inner Ålesund (all primary and lower secondary schools from Moa towards Spjelkavik, Blindheim, Flisneset, Emblem etc.). • Three (3) tenderers for outer Ålesund (all primary and lower secondary schools from Moa towards Ålesund centre, including Ellingsøya). • Three (3) tenderers for all primary and lower secondary schools in Ørskog, Skodje, Vatne, Stette and Valle. • Three (3) tenderers for all primary and lower secondary schools in Brattvåg, Hildre, Søvika, Grytastranda and Nordøyane.
