Argyll and Bute Council are looking to appoint a single supplier to supply and distribute fresh wild venison to catering establishments on the Isle of Islay and Isle of Jura. Lot 1: Please see below product specifications of items required: - Burger: 75g (Minimum 90% venison content) - Meatballs: 25g x 3 (Minimum 85% venison content) - Mince: (Minimum 95% venison content) It is desirable that the venison content is sourced from within the region of Argyll and Bute. Specification contained within the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) Document.
