The provision of Cleaning Services at 86 locations and Grounds Maintenance at 236 locations. Saxon Weald is procuring a cleaning services contract. The cleaning services contract covers 86 locations and incorporates the following requirements: — management services, — management of customer feedback, — routine and reactive cleaning to internal communal areas, — routine and reactive cleaning services to shared communal kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, laundries and dining areas, — office cleaning at retirement schemes, — cleaning of windows (internal and external), — graffiti removal, — annual deep cleans.
