The London Borough of Hackney (the "Council") is preparing to initiate a procurement process for a comprehensive Cleaning, Specialist Clean, and Hoarding & Decluttering Service to support vulnerable adults open to Adult Social Care (ASC). The primary goal of the service is to ensure service users can live safely, independently, and with dignity in clean, hygienic environments. This will form a specific Lot as part of our Homecare & Community Services Framework As part of our commitment to open market consultation, the Council is hosting a Market Warming and Engagement Session on Friday 21st August 2027.
