Description
Relocate soils appropriate for reuse under a Waste Management Licence Paragraph 19 Exemption from a donor site (Manscroft Place, Shettleston) to the recipient site (Cuningar Loop Phase 2). Soils unsuitable for reuse under the Paragraph 19 Exemption will require to be identified for disposal at an off-site licensed waste management facility Excavate and segregate different material types, load, haul to and place acceptable Paragraph 19 exempt material to designated stockpiling area at Cuningar Loop Phase 2 (this material will be screened to remove asbestos containing materials). Material not acceptable under Paragraph 19 exemption to be removed for off-site disposal to appropriate licensed waste management facilities (hazardous, stable non-reactive hazardous and non-hazardous).
