Call‑Off Contract Extension – CliniSys ICE Electronic Requesting & Results Reporting System

Description

This notice relates to the renewal of an existing call‑off contract for the provision of the CliniSys ICE Electronic Requesting and Results Reporting Solution. The call‑off was originally awarded on 23 March 2021 under the QE Procurement Gateshead Framework. Under the terms of the call‑off, the contract includes an initial period of three years followed by automatic 12‑month renewals unless terminated by either party with 12 months’ notice.<br/>The Trust is exercising its contractual right to continue the contract for a further 12‑month period to ensure continuity of service for critical pathology and radiology requesting and reporting functionality across the organisation. Lot 1: his is not a new procurement. The extension is executed strictly in line with the call‑off contract which provides for automatic annual renewals. No material change to scope, pricing structure, or service model has been made. This extension is required to maintain safe and uninterrupted clinical operations.
