The contract is to support the migration of an aging proprietary application used for recording life events within the Civil Registration system in England and Wales, facilitating the execution of the Registrar General's duties.  he proposed migration platform involves transitioning from an on-premises environment to either a cloud-based solution or a Home Office Data Centre-hosted environment. The application comprises a variety of technologies, including MS Office, Red Hat Linux, Java, WildFly, as well as proprietary components.
