Le présent contrat concerne la fourniture le transport et la livraison de fondant routier (chlorure de sodium) et de matériaux utilisés comme abrasif (pouzzolane) destinés à l'exécution des prestations de viabilité hivernale sur le réseau des anciennes routes départementales transférées à Saint-Étienne Métropole. L'accord-cadre sans minimum ni maximum est passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1o, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Fondants routiers. Pouzzolane.
