Description

Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services wishes to procure a CRM solution together with implementation and ongoing support. The selected software solution, while delivering the requisite functional capability will also need to operate in a way that is compatible with OLH&CS technical architecture. The system will be required to operate across 3 business units of OLH&CS, Fundraising, Education & Research and Volunteers. OLH&CS are not prescriptive whether this is a hosted, cloud based or on premise solution.
