Description

The School complex consists of the original main school building which was constructed around the 1900’s and an extension to the main school building which was constructed around 1968, which have a combined floor area of approx. 3641m2, including a standalone sports hall building with a floor area of 573m2 and a standalone Classroom / Technology Building which was constructed around 1990 with a floor area of approx. 1214 m2. The Contractor should note that the original 4 storey main school building is a protected structure. The remedial works that require to be carried out at the above school consist of the upgrade works to the Central Wood Dust Extraction Installations, including the associated Builders Attendances, etc.
