Description

To strip out changing rooms including floors to repair rotting wood underneath, to fit new shower units, and to replace floors and wallpaper. To install new LED lighting, and to install new ventilation. To install a new ceiling in the sports area, with insulation above. To repair window handles. To install motion sensor lighting in the changing rooms and toilets. In the hall area, to install new LED lighting, to change the wall coverings and make minor repairs to flooring. To improve one part of the drains. To also drill out tarmac laid too close to the building, and install new air vents and fill the void with gravel, allowing a proper airflow under the building.
