Wirral Council are seeking a suitably qualified supplier for ongoing support and strategic advice as they seek to secure occupational tenants for Irvine and Mallory Building, Birkenhead Wirral Lot 1: Completion and submission of marketing and letting strategy Formal engagement with the occupational market to promote the offices to potential tenants on a regional and national basis To assist the Council with branding, marketing, and communication strategies to promote the new offices to the target occupier audience To attend all necessary meetings with the Council, other regional stakeholders, and potential tenants Once a potential tenant(s) has been identified to negotiate lease terms to maximise rental income for the Council and once terms finalised make recommendation to the Council to progress to legals
