Stepdown Service with 24hrs Live in Support

Description

This is a PSR Competitive Process to secure a supplier who will provide a Step Down Service with 24hrs Live in Support within the North West London area to Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust for patients leaving inpatient care for Mental Health and re-entering the community via a Step Down service. <br/>This service is expected to run from 01/12/2026 - 30/11/2031 with a possible extension for a 2 year period 01/12/2031 - 30/11/2033 Lot 1: This is a Competitive Process under the Provider Selection Regime 2023. Suppliers will be assessed against the 5 Key Criterion as stated in the PSR regulations following a competitive procurement process.
