Development of Outline Business Cases (OBC) for Paisley Central and Paisley North (AMIDS Extension) potential district heating networks

Renfrewshire Council (the Council) are seeking to enter into a contract with an experienced supplier to develop the Outline Business Cases for two identified heat network opportunities, to fully assess the viability of the proposed projects individually: - a potential Paisley Central district heating network and - the potential extension to the existing AMIDS district heating network. Lot 1: The Tender Procedure was conducted as a mini competition in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CCS demand management and renewables framework (RM3614), Lot 4.1. The NEC3 PSSC with Standard Boilerplate Amendments and Renfrewshire Council’s Z additional and amended clauses.
