Description

Wolverhampton Homes are seeking an organisation to undertake the debt collection, without litigation or enforcement of social housing related debt for former tenants such as rent arrears, court costs, recharge repairs, hard-standing and gardening service debts and to undertake the debt collection, without litigation or enforcement of social housing sundry debt as detailed above for Wolverhampton Homes current tenants. The collection agent will be required to contact debtors by post, email, text or telephone to recover outstanding debts owed to Wolverhampton Homes. It should be noted that no debt passed to the collection agent for recovery falls within Consumer Credit Act 1974 and the Consumer Credit Regulations 2010. Contract is for 4 years with possibility of one 12 month extension.
