Care at Home Management System

Description

North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) require a cloud-based Care at Home Management System to plan, schedule, monitor and evidence delivery of community care for older people and adult services. The start date is 1st May 2026 with an end date of 11th November 2029. An optional extension period of 12 months is available, subject to satisfactory performance and funding. Lot 1: North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) require a cloud-based Care at Home Management System to plan, schedule, monitor and evidence delivery of community care for older people and adult services. The system must support both in house teams and framework providers, dynamic scheduling capability, eForm capability, ensuring accurate time/attendance capture, valuation and invoicing, Lone Worker Protection and the production of operational and statutory performance reports needed for effective contract, financial and service management. This procurement is being issued as a Direct Award against the CCS GCloud 14 framework Lot 2: Cloud Software (RM1557.14) and the contract will be let on these terms.
