‘Please note that this is a contract award notice, not a contract opportunity’ Contract Award Notice to establish a framework of pre-qualified and suitably experienced consulting engineers to enable the participating local authorities to procure a full range of engineering design services to meet their specific needs. The services will be fully defined in the Contract Notice and tender documentation. The participating authorities are committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental well-being of the wider community through the application of Community Benefits. Accordingly, the successful suppliers will be expected to include measures when delivering the project. The participating authorities are: Carmarthenshire County Council Ceredigion County Council Pembrokeshire County Council Powys County Council Neath-Port Talbot County Borough Council Swansea Council. In addition to the named authorities the following organisation will also be able call off the framework: Cwm Environmental Ltd. Lot 1: Contract Award Notice to establish a framework agreement to deliver high quality services in the fields of highways, structures and transportation engineering to include project management, technical advice, design, technical surveys, construction management and management of services. The services will relate to work within the South West and Mid Wales Region as defined in the tender documents.
