Llanmaes Masterplan Commission

Description

Preparation of a comprehensive, design-led masterplan for land at Llanmaes covering Sites A, B and newly acquired Site C, creating an integrated development vision across all three sites. The commission includes: • Baseline analysis and review of existing work on Sites A and B, with new technical work focused on Site C to fill information gaps. • Development of a masterplan framework and detailed design proposals, including site layout, access, movement, green/blue infrastructure, and development principles. • Preparation of a final masterplan and vision document, supported by parameter plans, visuals, and technical evidence. • Coordination of a multi-disciplinary technical team (transport, drainage, geo-environmental, utilities, ecology, arboriculture, etc.) to ensure deliverability and planning robustness.
