Supply, Installation and Support of High-Fidelity Clinical Simulation Manikins and Training Services

Unite Procurement UK Limited (part of Unite Holding SE), on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, is seeking suppliers to join the Unite Procurement Platform to support the supply of Installation and Support of High-Fidelity Clinical Simulation Manikins and Training Services. The requirement includes: • 3 x high-fidelity adult patient simulation manikins, supplied with control software/licence, wound/trauma kit, clothing/cables, and a 1-year warranty. • 3 x on-site installations, including set-up (including supplier PCs where applicable), software configuration, and full inspection/testing. • Training, comprising 1 x one-day on-site "getting started" course (up to 8 attendees) and 2 x customised virtual instructor-led sessions. • 1 x 2-year online learning platform subscription. • Support, including 3 x 1-year extended warranties (return-to-workshop) and 3 x 36-month on-site maintenance programmes. • Accessories, including 3 x trauma adapters, 3 x rugged instructor tablets, 3 x bleeding/trauma modules, and 1 x moulage getting-started course. Delivery will include required documentation and user guidance. The Unite Procurement Platform (Unite | Simplify indirect procurement with our smarter platform) offers a compliant route to market for UK Public Sector organisations to manage low-value, high-volume procurement. Unite Procurement UK Limited does not intend to appoint a sole supplier for this requirement. Instead, multiple suppliers may be onboarded to the Unite Procurement Platform to ensure a diverse and competitive supply base, supporting flexibility and choice for the Ministry of Defence and associated organisations. Suppliers are encouraged to express their interest by the stated closing date to ensure early consideration. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline. Unite Procurement UK Limited reserves the right to review and onboard new suppliers on a rolling basis to meet evolving requirements and to maintain a dynamic and responsive supplier network.
