CC10109 Fire and Composite Doors & Associated Accessories

Description

Supply of fire and composite doors and accessories to locations within West Lothian. This contract is for a 3 year period with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The evaluation weighting is 70% price / 30% quality. Workforce matters and community benefits shall be evaluated using a total weighting of 5% with the remaining 25% quality being evaluated on delivery and contract management. A sole supplier will supply doors and fixtures to meet the demands of the housings door replacement programme where damaged doors are replaced within an agreed timescale. As doors are bespoke and manufactured to measure the council and supplier will agree a mutually acceptable delivery date and where possible raw materials stock holding to speed up the manufacturing of emergency orders
