Bolton at Home would like to invite tenders for the provision of Pest Control Services Framework to Void & Tenanted Properties including Neighbourhood Services across the Greater Manchester area. Bolton at Home is seeking to award a contract to a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of 5 suppliers per Lot. Tender Framework Term will be for 4 years. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender (MAT) and the evaluation criteria is as follows:- Quality inc Social Value - 50% Pricing - 50% Procurement Specific Questionnaire - Pass/Fail Questions and Clarifications Deadline - 30th March 2026 It is anticipated the start date for the framework will commence on 23rd May 2026.
