This DPS is established to provide a facility for the commissioning of contractors to undertake construction works within the following Lots: • Newbuild housing including (but not limited to) flats and houses for social and mixed tenure occupation on brownfield, greenfield and infill sites. • Education Construction Projects • Regeneration Projects • General Building Work Each Lot will be sub-categorised into works-value price ranges as follows: i Up to £500,000 ii Over £0.5m up to £5million iii Over £5million up to £15 million iv Over £15million
