Supply of Building Materials

Description

The National Procurement Service (NPS) on behalf of the Welsh public sector wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the supply of building materials. Key areas are likely to include but are not limited to: — general building materials, — timber and sheet materials, — decorative products, — electrical, — heating and ventilation, — plumbing sanitary and rainwater goods, — managed service. Lot 2: Timber and Sheet Materials to include Fencing, Softwood Timber, Skirting and Mouldings, Sheet Materials This lot will be for timber and sheet materials to include fencing, softwood timber, skirting and mouldings, sheet materials. Lot 3: Decorative Products Decorative paints to include paints and primers, miscellaneous coatings, plaster filler and sealants, paint brushes. Lot 4: Electrical Electrical items to include cable, batteries, lamps, smoke alarms, showers, extractor fans. Lot 5: Heating and Ventilation Heating and ventilation to include boilers, radiators, fires and spares. Lot 6: Plumbing, Sanitary Ware and Rainwater Goods Lavatory pans, baths, hand basins, showers, taps and fittings, etc. Lot 1: General Building Materials This lot will be for the supply of general building materials to include bagged goods, Concrete products and bricks, Roofing, sheet materials, Sealers, plaster filler, tiles and adhesives, doors, ironmongery, UPVC fascia and cladding, fixings, kitchens. Lot 7: Managed Service A managed service will include product ranges from: bagged goods; boards; tiles and adhesives; bricks and blocks; nails; screws; nuts and bolts; ironmongery; locks; window fixings; roof tiles; roofing sundries; UPVC fascia and cladding; joinery; carcassing; skirting; architrave; sheet materials; internal doors; external doors; paints; glosses; woodstains; fillers and sealants; decorative sundries; hand tools and small electrical equipment.
