Co-operation and Working Together (CAWT) comprises the Northern Ireland (NI) Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG), the NI Public Health Agency (PHA), the Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT), the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) and the Health Services Executive (HSE) in the Republic of Ireland. The CAWT Community Connections and Wellbeing Project Board has a requirement for an off the shelf Learning Management System (LMS) for community learning and specifically for people living with mental health conditions, their carers as well as Health and Social Care staff, including the development of bespoke learning content. Additional information: The estimated value stated in Section II.1.5 includes the contract period from the commencement date specified in the Contract Award Letter until 31st March 2029, and the optional extension period(s) of up to 2 years ( 2 x 12 Months). The duration stated at Section II.2.7 represents the approximate duration of the Initial Contract Period in months. The estimated value does not represent a guarantee of expenditure, service uptake, or minimum demand.
