Description

Waste and recycling contract to manage, recycle and dispose of waste arising from the property maintenance activities of Oakleaf Commercial Services (OCS) who are part of the Community Housing Group. Waste arising from property maintenance, building construction, environmental maintenance (fly tipping), property clearances (white goods), grounds maintenance and green waste and asbestos, plasterboard and similar in connection with the activities of Oakleaf CS. The service requires the supply and removal of skips varying from 40 yard to 8 yard open and closed skips. Skips to be delivered to OCS depot, Kidderminster, partner depots in Kidderminster, construction sites within a 50 mile radius of Kidderminster and to residential properties owned by The Community Housing Group located in the Wyre Forest Area, Worcestershire.
