RFI - Stand build storage and logistics requirements

Description

LJMU requires a provider that can design, print, deliver and build exhibition stands. This must include: • Guaranteed sustainable long lasting equipment providing flexible stand layouts • Internal printing of graphics in order to immediately replace graphics that become damaged at events • Storage, transportation, installation and breakdown of stands • Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements • Time sensitive builds to ensure stands are fully installed in advance of the event open time • Installation teams experienced at working at the variety of venues utilised by UCAS and UK University Search
