To review the current BI skills, capabilities, processes and infrastructure alongside the needs of the organisation and made recommendations for an immediate stabilisation and improvement plan - this focuses on out clinical and operational data. 3. To lead the development of a BI strategy to create the longer term vision for business intelligence, utilising our data to become a first class enabler to the organisation and set out a road map of what it would take to achieve this. This will expand out of clinical and operational data to include workforce data as a significant additional source of information.
