Glenboig Community Hub is part of the Councils wider “the Place-the Vision” strategy which outlines the aspirations of the Council to deliver the ambition outlined in the Plan for North Lanarkshire. Lot 1: This Contract is for the provision of Project Manager (PM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) services to support the pre-tender, development and construction of Glenboig Community Hub This contract is to provide the council with services including (but not limited to) - QS resource to support Glenboig Community Hub - QS consultancy services to support the development of the Glenboig Community Hub - Advice regarding procurement routes and forms of contract for Glenboig Community Hub - Ongoing cost advice throughout the development and construction of Glenboig Community Hub - Provide Project Management services to support the development of Glenboig Community Hub
