Recruitment of User Research Participants

Description

The Department for Work and Pensions are embarking on an ambitious transformation programme to reimagine and make best use of emerging future technologies in the banking industry to ensure that people who get paid by DWP receive the right amount of money, at the right time into the right bank account. As part of this the Department is aiming to get an understanding of the people who will use these services, in order to understand their needs and deliver services that meet these needs. Department for Work and Pensions Digital requires participant recruitment for regular user research activities. We're looking for suppliers who can recruit participants who reflect the diverse make-up of people who use DWP payments services.
