Description

Provision of specialist Experimental Hub (EHub) applied research support. Lot 1: • Extensive recent experience and knowledge of the activities, working practices, priorities and constraints of the Army Information Activities (IA) Capability Programme, its Lead User organisation and the IA EHub project. • Independence from services currently delivered to the Army IA Capability Programme and Information Activities EHub. • Deep technical expertise and experience in applying to Military IA novel technologies and methods in the areas of digital communications, open source intelligence and applied data management and analytics. • Extensive expertise and recent experience in the development and deployment of data exploitation and analytics capabilities on the MOD cloud-infrastructure. • Deep understanding and recent experience of MOD and Army data management and governance structures, policies, and processes.
