Provision of Recruitment Services to Support the Development of a Mediation Panel for Personal Injuries Asssessment Board

Tenderer may be required to deliver or support some or all of the following recruitment stages of a mediation panel for PIAB. 1. Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of the information contained in their application (Competency based form) 2. Interview(s) 3. Candidate query and complaint support and management it is anticipated that approximately the top 120 candidates will be brought forward from stage one (1) to stage two (2) of the process with circa 75 candidates progressing to a second interview. We also like to have an option for psychometric testing to be carried out for all candidates that progress second interview, that would inform the stage 2 interview process Envisaged that approximately 40 appointments overall will be made with appointments phased as mediation is rolled out
