The ‘mechanics’ of board work (governance, schemes of delegation, structure, constitution of committees and so on), are not the ‘rate-determining step’ in the effectiveness of the board. Structure, therefore, will not be the primary focus of our board development, although it may be explored lightly through discovery and included in feedback.
