NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of members of APUC, CPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, and SUPC for White Goods & Associated Products & Services. The Framework Agreement is divided into lots as follows: Lot 1: White Goods and Associated Electrical Appliances (Great Britain and British Isles) Lot 2: White Goods and Associated Electrical Appliances (Northern Ireland) This Framework Agreement will commence on 1st June 2025 for an initial period of 24 months until 31st May 2027 with the option to extend the Agreement for 12 months until 31st May 2028 and a further 12 months to 31st May 2029 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance. Lot 103022: Lot 1 - White Goods & Associated Products & Services(Great Britain & British Isles) This lot includes: Ovens, Fridges, Fridge-freezers, Freezers, Washing Machines, Washer/Dryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Kettles, Toasters, Microwaves, Microwave & Grill, Steam Irons, Heaters, Sandwich Toasters and Rice Cookers and other large and small electrical appliances to Member Institutions located in Great Britain and the British Isles. These products will be utilised in the following areas: Student Accommodation, Offices, Hotels. This list is not exhaustive. Lot 103039: Lot 2 - White Goods & Associated Products & Services(Northern Ireland) This lot covers:Ovens, Fridges, Fridge-freezers, Freezers, Washing Machines, Washer/Dryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Kettles, Toasters, Microwaves, Microwave & Grill, Steam Irons, Heaters, Sandwich Toasters and Rice Cookers and other large and small electrical appliances to Member Institutions in Northern Ireland. These products will be utilised in the following areas: Student Accommodation, Offices, Hotels. This list is not exhaustive. Lot 103041: Mandatory Questionnaire The following questionnaire must be completed by all Economic Operators before completing the individual Lot questionnaires. All questions are mandatory and must be completed. The Economic Operator only needs to complete the Mandatory Questionnaire once irrespective of the number of lots you are bidding for.
