Description

The Contracting Authority is responsible for the operation of four environmental stations for waste in Berlevåg, Båtsfjord, Vardø and Kirkenes municipalities, as well as a reloading station for household waste in Kirkenes. The waste from all stations must be transported in hook lift containers to the main plant in Tana, approx. 1,5 km south of the densely populated area Tanabru. The assignment includes the deployment of/letting out hook lift containers for all stations, replacements of the containers in accordance with the Contracting Authority's orders and transport of the containers to the Contracting Authority's main plant in Tana. The Contracting Authority also has a reloading station in Kirkenes with 3 separate hook lift containers for food waste. The containers shall be replaced and transported to Tana. The assignment includes the deployment of/letting out current 36 hook lift containers of various sizes and types for the environmental and reloading station. Approx. 750 containers were replaced in 2018, with a total freight weight of approx. 5 000 tonnes. Start of the assignment: 1.6.2019. This is a standing contract which is valid until it is terminated in accordance with the current termination dates. The contract can not be terminated before 31.12.2020.
