Request for Tender for the provision of Aerodrome Services for Aerodromes located on the Aran Islands, Inishbofin and Cliften. The Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition. Tenderers should be aware that this is a contract which falls under Annex IIB of the EU public procurement directive (The European Parliament and Council Directive 2004/18/EC on the co- ordination of procedures for the award of public works, public supply & public services contracts) (“Directive”) and is subject only to Articles 23 and 35(4) of this Directive.
