Description

The HSE on behalf of TUSLA now invites organisations to tender to join a Bespoke Panel Arrangement to provide high quality Children’s Residential Services. Requirements which arise under the Arrangement will be procured using spot purchasing. The Rates for services are set in the tender documents and interested parties applying to participate on the panel will be required to sign a declaration within the Tender Response Document. By signing the declaration, Applicants declaration confirms their agreement to these rates. It is envisaged that all the required services of this tender will be funded and managed by TUSLA. However, other HSE funded organisation, public bodies may utilise this Arrangement. This tender process is being conducted under Annex XIV of Procurement directives 2014/24/EU. The required services are listed as Annex XIV services, and accordingly, only Articles 74 to 77 of Directive 2014/24/EC applies to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process.
