Description

The Trust is re-procuring their MIS system, which is currently in contract with ESS SIMS. The current contract ends 31st October 2026. The Trust are seeking a web-based solution with a multi-platform capability. The solution should support single sign-on and integrate with Microsoft365 and Entra ID. The Trust is looking to award a single contract for a four-year initial contract term with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of four further years in one 2-year increment with a further two one-year increments (i.e. (4+2+1+1+1). This contract should cover the existing schools in the Trust as well as providing for any future schools who join the Trust, to enter the same contract with co-terminus end dates. Whilst the current contract ends for all schools and modules on the 31st October 2026, the Trust would like the option to consider some schools to have go-live dates before this date, therefore the final mobilisation dates and plan are to be agreed between both parties. This opportunity is being tendered under the terms and conditions of the Framework Agreement let by Procurement Service Ref Y25012 Education Management Systems.
