Pwrpas y brîff hwn yw penodi pensaer siartredig neu syrfewr adeiladau gyda phrofiad helaeth o weithio ar adeiladau hanesyddol, yn Reolwr Prosiect Dadgarboneiddio Dolgellau Hanesyddol. Mae Dadgarboneiddio Dolgellau Hanesyddol yn brosiect 18 mis gwerth £300,000, i leihau effaith carbon adeiladau rhestredig ardalgadwraeth Dolgellau. Ariennir y prosiect drwy gronfa TirweddauCynaliadwy Lleoedd Cynaliadwy Llywodraeth Cymru, drwy gydweithrediad ag Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri (APCE).The purpose of this brief is to appoint a chartered architect or building surveyor with extensive experience of working on historicbuildings, to the role of Manager for the Historic Dolgellau Decarbonisation Project. The Decarbonisation of Historic Dolgellauis an 18-month £300,000 project, to reduce the carbon impact of listed buildings in the Dolgellau conservation area.
