Design and Supply of the Neutral Beam Cryolines and Cryojumpers for the Front End Cryopumps Distribution System (FECDS)

Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of supplies and services as set out in the Technical specification and in conformity with the terms provided in the procurement documents. Design, manufacture and delivery of cryolines and cryojumpers which form part of the Front End Cryopumps Distribution System (FECDS). The cryolines and cryojumpers to be procured under the scope of this contract are required for the distribution of cryogenic fluids from the different cold valve boxes (CVBs), to the neutral beam (NB) cryopumps (CP). Each of the the eight NB-CP cryolines will consist of a rigid part from the CVB to an intermediate box located in the NB cell, and four flexible cryojumpers from the intermediate box to the flange of the NB-CP. (As per Annex B – Technical specification) Option 1: Additional storage of equipment (possible storage of up to 6 additional months before delivery).
