Lørenskog Municipality intends to enter into a new joint contract with Framsikt AS as a supplier of a joint system for an administration and decision support system. The system is cloud based, and will support municipal planning, budgeting, financial planning, analysis, performance management, and reporting. In order to ensure gains in quality, work processes, and efficiency, the system must also allow efficient and simple production of documents and publications on the web. The contract will include any further modules in addition to those that are already currently used, but which are deemed to cover the need within municipal planning, budgeting, financial planning, analysis, performance management, and reporting. Lot 1: The contract will provide system and process support in the work of municipal planning, financial plans, annual budgets and climate budgets, analysis, and reporting, as well as performance planning, at different levels in the organisation. A system that is uniform with good integration between the modules. This is to ensure profit, quality, work process and increased efficiency. A system that gives a good overview of the municipality's investment portfolio over several years. Follow-up of political decisions. A system that supports dialogue between administration and political levels, including political proposals and decisions. Handle the registration of measures and the priorities of relevant measures. The system must make the finance plan and other document production more available and user friendly, including a system for publishing on the internet. It must be possible to integrate the system with the municipality's finance system, which is currently Visma. We would like the system to import data from other sources/systems. The municipality is in the process of procuring a project financial management system, and we would like the system to be integrated with this. The costs of any new options are not included in the calculation of the value of the procurement here.
