Concession (phase 1) of the ‘Services & Sales’ area at the new Adenauer building in Luxembourg

The European Parliament is looking for concessionaires to operate a new ‘Services and Sales’ area in the new Adenauer building, replacing and continuing the current shopping centre, which will close at the end of October 2020. This space will represent a new concept based on the operation under concession of a shop (lot 1), a laundry (lot 2) and a concierge service (lot 3). Operation of the commercial centre for staff members of the European Parliament and neighbouring institutions. Operation (collection and distribution point) of ‘laundry’ services (dry cleaning / laundry / ironing) in the premises on level 00 of the new Adenauer building. Operation of corporate concierge services (including perfumery).
