Fife Council are constructing a new care home in Cupar, Fife. The project has been designed in-house and drawings are available as required. From previous experience, we have learned of the value that a Commissioning Manager can bring to the project and this document outlines the scope of service we require. The general Scope of Work is: Stage 1 – Design Review and comments Stage 2 – Co-Ordination of Commissioning Process Stage 3 – Installation Quality and Testing Stage 4 - Witnessing Stage 5 – Handover & Soft Landing Lot 1: Fife Council are constructing a new care home in Cupar, Fife.
