Description
BBC Sport have a need for a service partner to manage technical crews for the delivery of Gallery Operations, Editing, Ingest, Quality Control and Media Management. This is essentially a staff only operation with the necessary facilities being provided by the BBC or other managed service providers for edit systems. BBC Sport has a need to reprocure as the current expires on 31/03/26. The service includes staffing the 3rd floor of Quay House Media Citysport production, Multimedia 1 and 2 galleries, sub mix 1,2 and 3 areas, off tube 1 and 2. There are 12 craft edits in Quay House plus 23 desk edits which need crewing with appropriately experienced staff and supported by media management and ingest teams to ensure material is booked in, scheduled for ingest and media managed and archived appropriately maximising reuse and minimising storage. Traditionally the supply of all staff is a blend of service partners core staff and freelancers. ## Contract award Title: BBC Sport Managed Service
