Service and Maintenance of City Wide Alarms

Description

Option 1: to provide a fully inclusive maintenance service for the cwa equipment installed in 32 OPIL Sheltered Housing Schemes located across the city, to include all labour and materials for general wear and tear repairs. Option 2: to provide a service only maintenance provision with itemised component repair items and call out provision. The cwa maintenance service is to include for all material and labour elements of work (for all work deemed as normal wear and tear to equipment). Lot 76105: Service and Maintenance of City Wide Alarms Quotes are invited for either a fully inclusive Maintenance or a Service only maintenance of Care Alarms located within Sheltered Schemes throughout the city of Sheffield.
