We are a not-for-profit organisation, with all surpluses re-invested into providing more and better homes. Our business model enables us to improve the quality of our homes and to develop new homes. We are a company limited by guarantee, with the States of Jersey being our sole Guarantor. We also play a key role in the delivery of affordable homes for purchase, where buyers can defer a portion of the first-time buyer purchase price through our Andium Home-Buy Scheme.
