Enhanced Galileo Green Lane — Design and Implementation

Description

The scope of the procurement is to: (a) design and develop the overall architecture of a mobile and/or telematic and/or online solution and to operate the solution aiming at facilitating the work of freight dispatchers, road authorities and enforcers in border crossing in Europe; and (b) operate such solution. Lot 1: The activities under the contract shall include: — design and develop the overall architecture of a mobile and/or telematic and/or online solution enhancing user journey/experience and facilitating the work of freight dispatchers, road authorities and enforcers from Europe. The designed architecture may take advantage of EU proprietary developments, databases or techniques (e.g. geofencing algorithms) from previous contracts; — engage road authorities, freight carriers and/or automotive clubs in the testing of the designed solution prior to implementation and any other entity as requested by the EUSPA; — implement and maintain the mobile and/or telematic and/or online solution in full operational capacity; — hand over to the EUSPA the EU proprietary system components and documentation as per contractual provisions.
