L'appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura di connettività dati e fonia su fibra ottica, ovvero su ponte radio e linea ADSL, laddove attualmente non presente la fibra ottica, tra la sede centrale dell'ASST e le sedi esterne e la fornitura di connettività internet su fibra ottica per la sede centrale dell'ASST.
